Opening the lines of Communication

A current disagreement that I have recently experienced occurred between a co-worker and I. My co-worker and I were not seeing eye to eye about the shared responsibility with our students.


We decided to talk about what was wrong and what needed to change so the other person would not feel as if she was doing more than the other one.


We decided to look at things from the other person’s point of view, we also decided to be positive, open minded about the situation and remember to keep the main goal in mind, which is to educate our students.
